Church Schools Make its Student More Confident

According to a survey, a large number of non Christians do not agree with the idea of creating divisions between different sections of society by church schools. The survey of more than 1,000 adults across the UK shows church schools are absolutely regarded by people of all faiths. People who have the same opinion that church schools are different to other state schools, around 80 percent of those agree that church schools help young people develop a sense of right and wrong. The survey also reveled that 76 per cent believe that church schools help young people grow into responsible members of society and other 76 per cent agree that church schools make its student perform well and with more confidence in the life.

Strong Winds Change Lives- A True Story of Faith in God

This is a story of a woman who eagerly wanted to be a mother but doctors confirmed that there was a fifty-fifty chance of giving birth, she prayed to the God from the bottom of heart and the mother went through the rigorous In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) program and became pregnant but the child dies and on the same day her husband, a Naval Officer, receives word that he will be departing within a week for the Iraqi War on Terrorism. After a six-month operation, the husband safely returns. Within a year, the couple attempted the IVF process again and the mother becomes pregnant. Although doctors monitor her closely, she delivered a son at twenty-three weeks premature; doctors said that statistically their son would not survive. The mother asked God to remember her as He did “Hannah”. God heard their prayers and received their faith.

Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall at Jesus House

christan-dating-nov16.jpgPrince Charles attends a festival of black churches with the Duchess of Cornwall at Jesus House, Prince Charles began by thanking Jesus House for the welcome he received, “I can’t tell you what a joy it is to worship with you today. All I can tell you is that there is nowhere I would rather be on my birthday. You have given us both such a wonderful, warm and happy welcome and all I can tell you is that we shall leave here with our spirits well and truly raised.” He was very impressed by Jesus House’s active involvement in the local community. The Prince of Wales also said “I wish I had known about this church long ago. I pray, ladies and gentlemen, that you continue in your wonderful work for the spirit and that you are inspired by our Lord for many years to come.”

In America A Survey Regarding Abortion Done on Telephone

christan-dating-nov14.jpgIn a poll by TNS, released by the Washington Post and ABC News, American adults were asked in telephone interviews to share their views about abortion whether it should be legal in all cases, legal in most cases, illegal in most cases or illegal in all cases. More than one thousand American adults participated in the survey. In the results 55 percent people said that they think that abortion should be legal in all or most cases, on the other hand 43 percent disagreed. Under the landmark 1973 Supreme Court ruling, women have a right to choose an abortion in the first trimester of pregnancy. The Supreme Court supported a federal law banning certain late-term abortions in April 2007.

The Arson Attack on Narkis Street Baptist Church

The arson attack on Narkis Street Baptist Church and destroyed sixty chairs and caused smoke and water damage. The arsonists forced entered through a side door and used flammable material to kindle flames at three places in the sanctuary. Pastor Charles Kopp of the English-speaking international Narkis Street Congregation said “They kept [the fire] from going big, destroying the piano or the pulpit or platform.” The strident voice woke a German woman who was living in an adjoining church-owned building and she called Kopp, the Kopp saw water on the floor and burned chairs but the woman was safe and sound. The church insurance company may not cover the damage as the alarm was switched off. Kopp said “People come here at all hours of the day and night, and they don’t know how to arm or disarm the alarm system, we fell into the disuse of the alarm system.”
